How can I order from METROBOOST as a doctor or alternative practitioner?
In order to order from METROBOOST, you must first request a partnership. To do this, please send us your license certificate or your doctor's ID card and an ID card. After successful verification, you will be added to our system and can place orders.
How long does it take for my partnership request to be processed?
It usually takes 2-3 business days to process your partnership request. Once your documents have been verified and your partnership is confirmed, you will receive a notification and be able to place orders.
How are the infusions delivered?
The infusions are delivered by Burg Apotheke directly to the address you provide. Some products are delivered chilled to ensure their quality and effectiveness.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Changes or cancellations after receipt of the order are only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation with our customer service. Since some products are delivered chilled, cancellation shortly before shipping is usually no longer possible.
How do you ensure that chilled products arrive in perfect condition?
Refrigerated products are shipped in special packaging that ensures the required temperature during transport. Please make sure to check the delivery immediately upon receipt and store the products properly.
