The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
Contractual partners, customer service
The purchase contract is concluded between you and METROBOOST GmbH. You can find further information about us in the imprint. You can contact our customer service for questions, complaints and objections by email: info@metroboost.de .
Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract can only be concluded in German and English.
The presentation of the products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can select the desired items from the products shown in our online shop by clicking on the "ADD TO YOUR SHOPPING BASKET" button and place them in the so-called "shopping cart". On our overview pages, on which several products are displayed, you have the option of using our "Quick Shop" tool. If you move the computer mouse over the displayed product image, the "Quick Shop" button appears. Clicking this button opens a separate window that gives you the option of placing the item directly in your shopping cart by clicking again on the "shopping bag symbol".
You will find the "Shopping Cart" button above the navigation bar. It is represented by a symbol in the shape of a shopping bag. The current contents of your shopping bag are displayed when you hover your mouse over this button. The "SHOPPING CART" and "CHECKOUT" buttons also appear. By clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" button you can access your shopping cart and make changes to your order at any time, in particular you can remove selected items from the shopping cart. By clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button you have the option of logging into your customer account or continuing as a guest or logging into your account with a payment service provider such as "amazon pay" or "PayPal". You will then have access to the order overview. You can enter your personal data and choose between the available payment methods and shipping options. You are free to change and correct the details of your order or cancel the purchase until you click on the "CHECKOUT" button.
Please note that if you use the services of a payment service provider such as "PayPal", you may first be redirected to the website of your payment service provider before accessing our order overview page. If you are redirected to the website of your payment service provider, please enter the data requested by your payment service provider. You will then be redirected to the order overview page of our online shop. Until you click the "CHECKOUT" button, you have the option of changing, correcting or canceling your order. By clicking the "CHECKOUT" button, you make a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email containing the details of your order. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We can accept your offer within five days of receiving your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods.
The text of these General Terms and Conditions will no longer be saved after the purchase contract has been concluded. You can access the latest version of our General Terms and Conditions via our online shop. You also have the option of accessing our General Terms and Conditions via your Internet browser before submitting your order and printing them out or saving them electronically.
Contract partner for infusions and pharmacy products
The infusions and other pharmacy products such as consumables are carried out and delivered by our production partner, the Burg Apotheke im Taunus. This means that the purchase contract for these products is not concluded with METROBOOST, but directly with the Burg Apotheke.
Statutory liability for defects
We are liable for material and legal defects in the goods in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, including Section 434 of the German Civil Code (BGB). For B2B customers (entrepreneurs), the seller's warranty period for defects ends 12 months after delivery of the goods.
Shipping
We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays, shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. For more information, see [Shipping Costs].
International Shipping
Delivery times, costs and duties depend on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout.

We deliver orders within Germany and Austria within 1 to 3 working days. Deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the rest of the EU are made within 2 to 7 working days.
*Please note that due to the current situation and high order volume, your delivery may be delayed by 1 to 2 business days. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Paypal
After clicking "Buy Now" you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you will be asked to make payment. Once you have completed this step, your order will be created.
Debit
Your debit card account will be charged after the order is completed. This service is operated by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account.
Credit card
Your credit card account will be charged after the order is completed, this service is operated by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account.
Payment in advance
If you choose "payment in advance" as your payment method, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Please note that we can reserve your order including beauty deals for a maximum of 7 days from the order date.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, an additional charge of €5 will apply.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
The invoice

The debit from your account will be made immediately after ordering.

We deliver to packing stations in Germany.
Collection by the customer
We only deliver via freight forwarding. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
Right of withdrawal
