2. What data is processed?
If you contact us by email or cell phone, the data you provide (if you contact us by email, your email address and the name you provided; if you contact us by cell phone, your cell phone number and the name you provided) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer required or we no longer have a legitimate interest in storing it. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection mentioned above. 4. How secure is your data? How is your data stored?
4.1 Data security:
When you visit our website, we use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether a page on our website is encrypted by the closed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
In addition, we use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Your data is stored electronically and secured with a combined encryption method based on asymmetric RSA and symmetric AES-256 encryption. Our employees and service providers who have access to your data are obliged in writing to maintain confidentiality, as required by the GDPR.
We operate a double-encrypted data backup on several data storage devices, one of which is stored outside the computer system. This also ensures that data can be restored after a fire or water damage.
5. Who receives your data?
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a) of GDPR
- the transfer is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) of GDPR and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data
- there is a legal obligation to disclose data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter c) GDPR
- this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b) of GDPR
6. Transfer of data to a third country?
We will not transfer your data abroad without your express consent.
7. Use of Google Analytics
7.1 For the purpose of needs-based design and ongoing optimization of our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and tracking cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website, such as browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time of the server request, is shortened by Google within EU member states or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
7.2 The information is used to evaluate the use of our website, to compile reports on the activities on our website and to provide other services related to internet usage for the purposes of market research and to design our website to meet your needs. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf.
